auction website. Any person who wishes to access the site to buy or bid for
goods or to use the other services provided by vectorbids must accept the terms
and conditions of this User Agreement. PLEASE EXAMINE THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF
SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING VECTORBIDS.COM. BY REGISTERING FOR AND USING THE
SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BIND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND
ALL GUIDELINES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
VECTORBIDS.COM reserves the right to
change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any
policies or guidelines prevailing the Site or Services, at any time and in its
sole discretion. Any changes will be in effect upon posting of the revisions on
the Site. Users of vectorbids.com are responsible for reviewing the notice and
any changes. Changes to referenced policies and guidelines may be posted
without notice to you. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS SITE (BROWSE, BUY, BID, SELL
OR REGISTER) YOU ARE ACCEPTING ANY CHANGES OR ADJUSTMENTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DISCONTINUE TO USE THE
SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY VECTORBIDS.COM
Qualification- Use of the Vectorbids is
limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under
applicable law. Minors may not use the services provided by Vectorbids. Every
person who registers to Vectorbids at MUST be least over the age of eighteen
(18). To register, you must provide your real name, address, that is registered
with the state of residence, phone number and e-mail address, along with other
information that may be required or asked from time to time.
Auction Venue – Vectorbids.com is
referred to as an online auction site but we are only a venue were auction
takes place. It is your responsibility to read and understand the TERMS AND
CONDITIONS before every post of selling an item. Vectorbids have the right to
remove any auction without warning.
Vectorbids role & responsibilities-
We are not a direct marketplace and we do not take any responsibility for not
receiving an item from the seller, bidding more than the original and current
value of the item. Any problem that may arise has to be disputed between the
buyer and the seller. We will work hard and make certain to warn and or ban the
seller if he is taking advantage of the Vectorbids buyers to maintain a fair
market.
Vectorbids payments - We are currently
running free fee based beta to ensure our customers that we are the real deal
and we are here to stay. A buyer should not be asked to give his credit card,
bank account, and social security number to anyone at any point on Vectorbids.
VECTORBIDS.COM WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, SOCIAL SECURITY
NUMBER, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER FROM BUYERS OR SELLERS AT ANY POINT. IF SOMEONE CONTACTS
YOU FOR THESE CONFIDENTAL ITEMS AT ANY POINT ON VECTORBIDS.COM, YOU MUST
CONTACT US TO INVESTIGATE AND OR REMOVE THE USER ACCORDING TO THE
CIRCUMSTANCES.
Right to Remove- Vectorbids has the
right to remove any auction at anytime, when it does not meet our qualification
or standard. You must never sell any restricted items. Vectorbids choose which
items are restricted. We have the right to remove/warn/cancel bid from any of
VECTORBIDS.COM users at any point in the time of need.
Restricted Items – Firearms, bullets,
narcotics, over the counter drugs, prescription drugs, used under garments, sex
toys, x-rated (adult) movies or videos, magazines, lock picks, alcohol. Any
items that require a license prior to ownership cannot be sold on
VECTORBIDS.COM. Any items violating United States and Canadian Laws
will be removed.
Stolen Merchandise- If a seller is
found to be selling stolen goods/merchandise, Law enforcement authorities will
be contacted and the user will be forever banned from Vectorbids.
If buyers bought a stolen good without
prior knowledge of understating the item are stolen, please contact Vectorbids
as soon as possible to take action and keep Vectorbids a place of bargain and
not a place of crime.
Vectorbids.com retains the right, but
does not have the responsibility, to immediately freeze or remove any auction
or product sale, stop or restrict access to the Site or the Services or take
any other action in case of technical problems, inaccurate listings, inappropriately
categorized items, auction inaccuracies, product inaccuracies, unlawful items,
items, procedures, or actions otherwise prohibited by the procedures and
guidelines contained on the Site, or for any other reason in the solitary and
absolute discretion of Vectorbids, and to correct any inaccurate listing,
auction inaccuracies, product inaccuracies, inappropriately categorized items
or technical problems on the Site. It is buyers’ responsibility to understand
and research the product before buying.
Conduct of Participants- You must not
spread through the service of Vectorbids any unlawful, harassing, libelous,
offensive, threatening, dangerous, improper, obscene or otherwise objectionable
material. You must also not spread any material that encourages conduct that
could comprise a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise
violate any applicable law or regulation.
Vectorbids forbid the use of another
Internet service to send or post spam to drive visitors to your site hosted on or
through the Vectorbids system, whether or not you originated the messages,
under your direction of a related or unrelated third party. Actions will be
taken to stop this from occurring to give the participants of Vectorbids
trouble-free and pleasant auctions to part take.
Participant Agreement- You must
compensate us for any loss, cost or expense, which we experience if someone
else makes a claim against us as consequence of the use of the service by you
or by someone else from your computer.
Bidding- Vectorbids.com cannot be held
liable for receiving an item that is damaged, different and or replicated from
the description that seller has posted. Please contact Vectorbids so we can
investigate and remove the user from posting fraud auctions in the future.
Sellers MAY NOT bid on their own
auctions to drive the cost of the auction for more profit. We discourage it and
warning will be received. After three (3) warnings, the user will be banned
from selling any merchandise in future unless we, Vectorbids, chose to lift the
ban.
Equipment- Users of Vectorbids shall be
responsible for obtaining and maintains all telephone, computer hardware and
other equipment needed for access to and use of Vectorbids and all accept
charges related that may appear in relation to.
Liability- Vectorbids declare no
guarantees to have stable or error free auction market of any kind. Technical
and human error included.Participants
of Vectorbids are using it at their own risk. At anytime participants feel
insecure, please discontinue the use of Vectorbids.
User Identification and Password-
Vectorbids will not be held reliable for stolen or lost passwords. It is users
duty to alter password accordingly. Vectorbids will not be held reliable if any
damage is caused by a stolen identification and password towards your
reputation, financial status, and or any negative outcome this may bring.
Indemnification- Subscriber agrees to
defend, assure and hold harmless of Vectorbids.com, its partners, employees,
agents and officers from all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees,
court fees and any other fees that may surface by the use of Vectorbids.com by
the subscriber and Subscriber’s account.
Termination- At anytime if Vectorbids
feel unsafe, detects fraud, threatened, violated, manipulation, using of vulgar
language or any damage towards Vectorbids or other participants of Vectorbids,
we hold full authority to terminate your account and prohibit you from using
our services. (It includes, Physical, Emotional, Mental, Psychological)
End Agreement – Vectorbids.com has the
right to change, add, and remove any content in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any
point with out warning. It is the duty of the participants of Vectorbids to
check for change periodically.
